Who we are
Menova Health is a care-coordination service based in Abuja, Nigeria. Contact menovahealth@pm.me or +2348121346732 for privacy questions. We are not a hospital, pharmacy or public doctor marketplace.
What we collect and why
For consultation requests we collect your name, age, contact details, broad concern, duration and consultation preferences. Optional additional information is limited to what is needed for coordination. We use this information to review your request, contact you, assign an appropriate specialist and coordinate care. Provider applications include professional and registration details for internal verification. Contact forms contain your message and contact details.
Your permission and your choices
Before submitting, you are asked to agree to the handling of your information for these purposes. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of permission or an objection to processing, subject to applicable requirements and necessary records. Withdrawal may mean we cannot continue coordinating your request. No marketing consent is bundled with the form.
Who may receive information
Authorized Menova staff and an assigned healthcare professional may receive information necessary for coordination. Netlify processes website hosting, form records and administrative authentication; Resend processes notification emails when configured. Notification emails include request details and are sent to Menova’s official mailbox. We do not offer a public directory or publish patient information.
Security and international processing
We use secure connections, server-side access controls and a managed database. Hosting and notification providers may process data outside Nigeria. No system can guarantee absolute security or confidentiality. Menova must assess applicable Nigerian data-protection obligations, including appropriate safeguards for sensitive information and international transfers; this policy does not claim certified compliance.
Retention and minimization
Records are kept only as needed for coordination and legitimate record-keeping. A fixed retention period has not yet been confirmed. Contact Menova for the period applicable to your request or to request deletion. Do not submit detailed medical records, intimate images, identity documents or information about other people through this website. Spam-protection records use short-lived hashed network identifiers and are cleaned up automatically.
Children, cookies and complaints
Consultation requests are for adults aged 18 and over. The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Administrative authentication uses necessary session storage and cookies. You can raise a complaint with Menova or the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. External phone, email and WhatsApp services follow their own privacy terms.
